Calvin Klein and Design Museum Party

Fashion?s love affair with all things Frieze continued Thursday night with Calvin Klein Collection?s dinner in honour of London?s Design Museum.
Guests including Freida Pinto, Natalia Vodianova, Lily Donaldson, Carine Roitfeld and Lulu Kennedy enjoyed performances from Charlie Siem and The New Look before a DJ set by Jamie XX. Elle Macpherson, Central Saint Martins Professor Louise Wilson, Bianca Jagger, Rosario Dawson and Yasmin Le Bon also attended.
Calvin Klein Creative Directors Francisco Costa and Italo Zucchelli, Design Museum Director Deyan Sudjic and British designer John Pawson co-hosted the event in a very special location?the Design Museum?s new home.�
The London institution has mounted exhibitions exploring fashion illustration and Hussein Chalayan from its Shad Thames premise. It?s also hosting a much-anticipated Christian Louboutin show in March 2012. But in 2014, the Museum will move to a new home in the former Commonwealth Institute that boasts three times as much exhibition space as the current location. Last night?s party represented the final event held in the future Design Museum until the grand opening.
