Duchess of Alba weds civil servant toyboy!

A twice widowed, 85 year old billionaire this week wed a civil servant 25 years her junior in Seville. The eccentric and much loved Duchess of Alba, who is a distant relative of Winston Churchill and Princess Diana, performed a short flamenco dance for the assembled crowds outside the ceremony despite her ripe age and tiny frame. But it was far from smooth sailing for the Duchess and her groom to be?
Several of her six children, all from her first marriage, objected to the partnership and accused Diez, 60, of being a gold digger. In a bid to reassure them the Duchess divided her �3 billion fortune between her six children to convince them that her suitor is besotted with her rather than her money while Diez has relinquished his rights to her fortune in an effort to appease them.
"They don't want me to marry, but they change partners more often than I do," the duchess previously said about her children."The tough part was that my children didn't understand and they got quite angry with me.
"It's true that I planned to marry. We were both full of enthusiasm for the idea. I took a step back for my children. I saw that everything was going to be very complicated."
But despite the rocky road to the aisle, the Duchess seemed overjoyed to finally wed. We wish her and her toyboy all the luck in the world.
