Gary ?takes sides? as Tulisa & Kelly fall out!

There might be jokes about rivalry onscreen, but behind the scenes things are so tense between X Factor judges Tulisa Contostavlos and Kelly Rowland, Gary Barlow has threatened to walk off the show unless they stop feuding.

Backstage sources have told that the rivalry between Tulisa, 23, and Kelly, 30, is now so bad that they?re barely speaking and production staff have been instructed to keep them apart at the studios during live shows.
�
?Gary can't stand the feuding between the girls,? says a source. ?He?s even said he?ll walk if Tulisa and Kelly don't stop bitching at each other. They?re already driving him mad.

?He is a real pro and thinks it's all about the music while Kelly and Tulisa seem to think it's all about them.?
�
Gary?s even told pals: ?Christ, it's like Cheryl [Cole] and Dannii [Minogue] all over again, you can change the girls but not the script. I didn't sign up for this c**p.?

Last week, Gary even admitted he was worried about the judge?s fighting overshadowing the contestants, saying: ?I like the rivalry between the judges. But I don't want it ever to result in the artists and the talent suffering because of it.
That for me is the only line I am not going to cross.?

Just weeks into this year?s show, Tulisa and Kelly?s relationship is already mirroring last year?s rivalry between Cheryl and Dannii. Cheryl, 28, started out as friends with her fellow judge but their relationship turned frosty and Dannii, 39, was reportedly left tearful and threatening to quit after Simon Cowell, 51, began siding with Cheryl.

In an effort to make peace, Gary and veteran judge Louis Walsh, 59, are trying to organise a get-together before the live shows start.

?It's like there's a massive divide already, between the judges who take the music side really seriously and those who are more interested in their ego and image," adds the source.

?The guys want to make a great music show. But the girls are totally distracted by this battle to become ?Queen Bee?.

?Gary keeps telling Tulisa and Kelly to end the silly arguments. He even said: ?If this turns into a bitching fest I don't want anything to do with it. I'd rather walk if there's no credibility?. Even Louis says it?s ?going to go off? between the girls.?

But even though Take That star Gary, 40, has vowed not to get dragged into the girls? fights, he?s already taking sides.

?He?s closer to Kelly than to Tulisa, and there's an obvious chemistry between them so he's seen as sympathetic to Kelly, even if he's not aware of taking sides,? says an X Factor source.

Last week, Kelly revealed she?s already clashed with Tulisa, saying: ?All I've looked for is a global star. Me and Tulisa will differ, I heard Tulisa say, 'We're looking for a UK star', and I said, ?Well I'm looking for the next international star.?

Closer revealed last week that while Tulisa and Kelly were initially friends ? they fell out after a crew member told Tulisa about catty comments Kelly had made about her. ?They haven't spoken or texted a word since the live auditions ended and now they don't want to be anywhere near each other at the studios,? says the source.

?Producers are so worried that they are planning to put Kelly in the dressing room on the top floor of the Wembley studios and Tulisa in Dannii Minogue's old dressing room downstairs. That's how bad it is.�You can cut the tension between them with a knife.?
